Water Well Driller

Overview Located in a highly-desirable area of Georgia with the best Public Schools System in the State, we are seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled water well Driller to join our team. As a Well Driller and servant leader, you will be responsible for operating our Ingersoll-Rand T-4 well drilling equipment to develop water wells for our residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and municipal clients. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and are interested in the water industry. Responsibilities

• Operate our Ingersoll-Rand T4 well drilling machines.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve drilling goals.
• Manage drilling operations on a construction site, including coordinating with other crews.
• Lead drilling equipment operation and maintenance training.
• Drive a commercial vehicle to transport equipment and personnel to and from the construction site.
• Operate water trucks to provide water for drilling operations.
• Perform digging and excavation tasks as needed.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair drilling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications
• Commercial driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in well drilling machine operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with drilling operations and equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair drilling equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding outdoor environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to be a Servant Leader.
