About us Chad Malley Well Drilling is a leading water well drilling and well service provider in the central Michigan area. We are dedicated to providing clean, safe, and reliable water to our residential and commercial clients. We provide ourself on hard work, safety, and top tier customer service.
Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Driller to join our team. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, installing water wells, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This position involves working in various weather conditions and requires travel to job sites throughout the region.Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling equipment
- Conduct pre-drilling inspections and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
- Drill, construct, and develop water wells according to project specifications and regulations.
- Monitor drilling operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as a drill rig, water truck, mini excavator, skid steer, fork truck, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Experience:
- 5+ Years Experience Required
- CDL A required
- Knowledge of forklift operation and safety procedures
- Ability to dig trenches and perform excavation work
- Familiarity with water truck operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
