About the Role Join our specialized geotechnical construction team as a Foundation Drilling Specialist, where you will drive the success of complex ground improvement and structural support projects. You will leverage your technical expertise in drilling operations to ensure project stability and safety while managing high-performance equipment in diverse geological environments. Responsibilities Execute precision drilling operations for micropiles, soil nail walls, and various anchor systems to meet structural engineering specifications. Interpret complex soil and rock conditions in real-time to adjust drilling techniques, ensuring optimal project outcomes and site safety. Manage the setup and maintenance of specialized drilling rigs, ensuring all machinery remains in peak operational condition. Collaborate with project engineers to translate CAD-based designs into accurate field installations. Lead on-site crews by fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence during daily operations. Document site progress and geological findings to support project reporting and quality assurance standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating heavy drilling equipment in a geotechnical or civil construction setting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex drilling machinery. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical site plans and engineering drawings. Commitment to maintaining rigorous safety standards in challenging field environments. Preferred Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and understanding structural site layouts. Prior experience with high-pressure grouting and rock anchoring techniques. Leadership experience or the ability to mentor junior crew members on site.
