• Read and interpret shop drawings & specs
• Learn / master heavy equipment and machinery
• Be proficient with measuring equipment in order to inspect work.
• Follow company wide safety protocol.
• Follow work orders and stay on task
• Have a strong work ethic
• Self‐motivated and productive
• Punctual and maintain good attendance record
• Be committed to safety and shop cleanliness
• Positive attitude and be able work as a team member
• Willingness to learn new job related skills
• Ability to pass drug test at any time during employment.
