We offer comprehensive benefits including paid time off, 401(k), profit sharing, and health coverage. Overview We are seeking a skilled Master Well Driller to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee well drilling operations, manage heavy equipment, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your expertise will drive successful water well installations and maintenance while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Our Well Services Include:
Construction consultation and well design on production and injection wells Repair and installation of well pumps and motors Inspection with downhole color video Mechanical and Chemical Well Redevelopment General and yearly inspections to include; well testing, motor lubrication, and stuffing box services. All services are equiped with written requests and suggestions. Flow testing and troubleshooting well and pump conditions or problems Data Logging using In-Site hermit Qualifications Proven experience as a Master Well Driller or similar role within the construction or water well industry Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record for transporting equipment and materials Hands-on experience operating construction machinery including Caterpillar equipment and horizontal drilling tools Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and environmental regulations Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
