Full Job Description Benefits:
Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development We are seeking an experienced and reliable Directional Drill Operator to join our growing team in New Mexico. If you have a strong background in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and take pride in safety, precision, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain horizontal directional drilling equipment Read and interpret bore plans and utility locates Monitor drilling fluid systems and ensure proper mixing and flow Safely navigate drill heads to meet project specifications Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Directional Drill Operator Knowledge of HDD systems, tooling, and tracking equipment Ability to read blueprints and bore profiles Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions
