Drilling Laborer / Hand — Entry-Level HDD Crew | $18$21/hr + Per Diem

Total Boring Solutions is hiring drilling laborers (hands) to support our directional drilling crews. This is a great entry point into the underground utility construction industry, with paid on-the-job training and a clear path to advance into Utility Locator and Operator roles. What you'll do: Mix drilling mud and maintain the mud system on the rig Fuse HDPE pipe and prep product for pullback Assist operators with bore setup, rod handling, and jobsite prep General jobsite labor, equipment cleanup, and material handling Cross-train into other roles — utility locating, equipment operation, and more as you grow

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Willing to travel out of state ~75% of the time Must pass a pre-employment drug test Reliable, hard-working attitude — prior construction experience is a plus but not required

Pay & Per Diem:

$18-$21 per hour based on experience $40/day per diem while traveling (lodging provided) Raises tied to skill progression as you take on locating and operator duties
