Job Description

Summary:
Crispin Valve has immediate opportunity for a radial drill operator. This role is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a machine, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate radial drill machines to perform drilling, boring, tapping, and reaming operations on metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining
  • Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and drill bits for each job
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
  • Identify and report equipment issues or material defects to supervision
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals
  • Complete production and inspection documentation as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
