Positions needed:
HDD Operator Locator Laborers / Helpers Complete HDD crews, operator/locator pairs, and experienced individual workers are encouraged to apply. Equipment, drill, tools, and materials will be provided for the work. Applicants do not need to own an HDD machine to apply. This is in-person field work. Travel may be required depending on the project location. Per diem may be available when staying out of town.Responsibilities may include:
Directional drilling / underground utility work Assisting with underground fiber conduit installation Operating or assisting around HDD equipment Spotting, potholing, pulling conduit, setting handholes, and general site support Following safety procedures around underground utilities, traffic, and active job sites Working with the crew to complete daily production goalsRequirements:
HDD, underground fiber, telecom, utility, or construction experience preferred HDD operator or locator experience strongly preferred for those positions Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to work outdoors in Texas weather Must be able to travel if needed Must have reliable transportation Must be safety-focused and able to work as part of a crew Pay depends on position, verified experience, reliability, production, and ability to travel.Estimated pay range:
Laborer /Helper:
$24- 32 per hour depending on experience
Locator:
$30- 42 per hour depending on experience
HDD Operator:
$38- 50 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
