Position:

We are seeking a skilled Driller and Locator to join our team as an in-house contractor. The ideal candidates will have experience operating and locating for horizontal directional drilling equipment. You will be working with a Premier 2330 Vermeer bore rig, performing underground utility installations in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Operate 23X30 Vermeer horizontal directional drill. Perform accurate and efficient utility locating. Set up, maintain, and safely operate drilling equipment. Read and follow project plans, specifications, and markings. Communicate clearly with team members to ensure job accuracy. Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Driller and/or Locator in HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling). Experience with 2330 Vermeer bore rigs preferred. Strong understanding of underground utility installation. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Reliable transportation to the DFW Area. Background check required .

Base Rate:

Starting rate of $28/hour
