Job Summary If you're interested in an Entry Level Field Operator job, then this is the best role for you! The successful applicant will pick up a company vehicle daily and travel to field locations for work, with some sites requiring up to 3 hours of travel one-way. The role involves supporting various fields and seed operations, primarily in outdoor environments. Physical labor and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Job Description Pick up and return a company vehicle daily for travel to field locations Assist in planting, harvesting, threshing, shipping, and weeding Prepare fields and seeds, conduct sampling, rogueing, and note-taking Perform various crop and field-related activities Operate farming equipment such as tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, or threshers Transport materials and equipment to and from work sites/fields Assist in maintenance and improvement of farm assets Support and follow all safety policies and attend safety meetings Carry out other duties as assigned Skills Required 1-3 years of relevant experience Basic computer and electronic device operation skills Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Additional Requirements Must pass a drug screening and criminal background checks

Work Start Time:

08:00 AM Ability to lift over 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to bend and work at waist level or below Teamwork and ability to take directions from supervisors Willingness to work extended hours or shifts during peak seasons Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, sun, mud, insects, uneven surfaces) Must adhere to all site safety requirements and protocols

Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary:

$16.00 to $24.00 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
