CDL driver, Water Well Driller Helper / Pump Installer

Water Well Driller Helper / Pump Installer Class A CDL Required | No Weekends | Starting at $35/hr We are a 4th generation water well drilling company that drills around 200 wells per year during our 8 month season April -Dec. We are looking for a hard-working, dependable person to join our crew as a Water Well Driller Helper / Pump Installer . This is a hands-on job that includes driving, outdoor labor, well drilling support, plumbing, excavating, and installing submersible pump systems . Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and wants to learn. What You'll Be Doing Driving heavy trucks and pulling equipment trailers Helping with water well drilling Hooking up water well systems Installing submersible pumps Assisting with plumbing and excavation work Lifting 50+ lbs and working mostly outdoors Supporting the crew and keeping jobs moving safely and efficiently Working with customers in a professional and respectful way Schedule No weekends Most of winter off We work hard for about 8 months of the year April - Dec Many employees work other jobs in the winter or take the winter season off and collect unemployment Requirements Class A CDL Valid DOT physical Decent driving record Strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs Willingness to work outdoors Good communication skills with customers and coworkers Experience That Is a Plus Water well drilling experience Plumbing experience Excavator experience Pump installation experience Heavy equipment experience Benefits Paid vacation time Paid holidays Bonus pay No weekends Fast raise potential as you learn the job Pay Starting pay is based on experience.

Minimum starting pay:

$35/hour There is the ability to earn raises quickly as you learn the work, become more valuable to the crew, and take on more responsibility.
