Competitive pay based on experience with overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding industry New equipment and a strong safety-focused culture Stable, year-round utility infrastructure work Team-oriented environment that values your experience and input Key Responsibilities Operate Ditch Witch horizontal directional drilling equipment to install HDPE pipelines for gas and water systems Perform pre-job and post-job inspections, fluid mixing, and routine equipment maintenance Work closely with the locator and crew to ensure accurate bore paths and successful installations Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements Complete physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Requirements Previous HDD drilling experience required (2+ years preferred) Experience drilling in rock preferred Valid CDL Class A or B strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regionally Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Clean safety record and ability to comply with drug-free workplace policies Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Apply Today Send your resume and a brief note about your HDD experience to: info@entegraenergy.com Please reference "HDD Driller" in the subject line.
