Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to drywall installations, ensuring smooth, seamless surfaces that meet high-quality standards. Your expertise will help transform raw construction projects into polished, professional spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential remodels, contributing directly to the aesthetic and structural integrity of each space. Duties Apply joint compound and tape to drywall seams, corners, and joints to create a flawless surface ready for painting or further finishing Sand and smooth drywall surfaces to achieve a uniform finish that meets project specifications Install corner beads, trims, and other finishing accessories for a polished look Painting walls, ceilings and trims Collaborate with carpenters, plasterers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of drywall with framing, plumbing, and electrical systems Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming before applying finishing materials Assist in minor repairs related electric and plumbing relocates Skills Experience with all types of texture and smooth finsih Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on drywall finishing Painting skills Skilled in plastering, caulking, painting Familiarity with fixture installation, door hanging, framing carpentry is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, sanders, and spray equipment such as airless paint sprayers Handyman experience with remodeling projects and flooring installation is a plus Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
