Responsibilities Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry to revamp interior and exterior spaces. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete projects according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, and hardware with precision and attention to detail. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project quality requirements. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation processes like plumbing, electrical wiring, and fixture placement. Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks such as concrete forming, plastering, caulking, and hardscape installation to achieve seamless results. Experience Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, or related trades. Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating costs, scheduling work phases, and coordinating subcontractors. Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding or ladders safely on active construction sites. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various systems such as electrical circuits or plumbing layouts. Skills in construction inspection to verify quality standards are met during each phase of the project. Ability to perform diverse tasks such as concrete finishing, masonry work, welding or glass installation as needed.
