Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients enjoy spotless, streak-free windows and a professional, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces, including frames, sills, and tracks. Operate cleaning equipment such as water-fed poles, squeegees, and extension ladders safely and efficiently. Ensure all tools, supplies, and cleaning solutions are stocked, maintained, and used properly. Follow established safety protocols, including ladder safety and use of fall protection equipment. Report any property damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly to management. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance on all job sites. Maintain accurate records of work completed as required. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or exterior maintenance is preferred but not required (training provided). Familiarity with commercial and residential window cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to safely operate ladders, lifts, and other equipment as needed. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering streak-free, high-quality results. Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete jobs efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a crew.
