Window Cleaning Technician for Post-Construction Clean up

Welcome to Clean Buddies. We are a team that specializes strictly in post-construction cleaning throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is all we do, and we take real pride in making sure every home and workspace we touch looks perfect for the contractors and homeowners we work with. We're currently looking for a dedicated Window Cleaning Technician to take on our post-construction sites. Let's be real: construction windows are a different animal. You're dealing with paint overspray, sticker residue, layers of drywall dust, stubborn caulk, and fingerprints on every single pane. You're the one who steps in to make them clear and spotless. If you've got an eye for detail and aren't afraid of a little hard work, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and mirrors on new construction and renovation sites Removing stickers, paint dots, adhesive residue, and construction debris from glass surfaces Cleaning window frames, sills, tracks, and screens Using squeegees, scrapers, and professional-grade tools to deliver streak-free results Working on ladders and potentially with water-fed pole systems for exterior work Maintaining and caring for all window cleaning equipment Communicating with the crew lead on job progress and any issues What We're Looking For Previous window cleaning experience is required, with post-construction cleaning experience highly preferred Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to job sites across the Phoenix metro area Physically fit. This is a hands-on post-construction clean-up in Arizona heat Time sensitive and punctual Valid driver's license What We Offer Good starting pay with room for growth Full-time and flexible scheduling All equipment and supplies provided by the company Paid on the job training Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company A team that actually cares about doing the job right Schedule Business operates from 8 AM to 5 PM | Monday through Friday | with occasional Saturdays based on project needs.
