This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from remodeling and restoration to new construction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in various construction disciplines, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. In this position, you will play a vital role in executing projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Perform a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, door hanging, and metal stud framing. Conduct plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and tile laying to achieve smooth finishes and durable structures. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, and plumbing components with precision. Execute water damage restoration tasks, mold remediation, caulking, and painting using airless paint sprayers for efficient coverage. Assist with remodeling projects by performing flooring installation, drywall repairs, and general handyman duties. Follow safety protocols on construction sites while managing multiple trades such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and restoration industry standards. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating and project planning. Extensive hands-on construction site experience across various trades including framing, drywall, plumbing, masonry, and painting. Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks. Prior work in the restoration industry or water damage remediation is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of fixture installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and airless paint spraying techniques. Experience working with metal stud framing and stucco applications is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements while maintaining quality standards.
