Responsibilities Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects Load and unload materials and equipment Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques Follow safety protocols and procedures Communicate with crew leaders and team members Support crew with measurements and material prep Requirements Required experience (1-3 year) in construction and/or home services.
