This position involves working primarily in North County San Diego , with some jobs in greater San Diego. We're seeking a hands-on technician who can handle demos and repairs related to mold remediation. This includes demo like removing drywall and cabinets and repairing the same areas with drywall patching, painting, baseboard installation, minor carpentry, and general cleanup.

Responsibilities:
Perform demo and clean up as needed Drywall repairs (patching, sanding, texture match) Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim) Install baseboards and other trim Minor carpentry tasks General cleanup and job site prep Communicate professionally with clients and team Follow safety protocols and clean work practices
Requirements:
Must have your own truck or reliable work vehicle Must have your own tools Must speak good English and communication Prior experience in drywall repair and painting (at least 2 years preferred) Valid driver's license and insurance Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various residential environments Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Nice to Have (but not required): Experience working on water damage and or mold remediation projects Spanish language skills
Schedule:
