Full-Time, W-2 About the Role A-1 Total Service Plumbing is growing and currently hiring 2 experienced Drywall Installers / Finishers to support our high-volume residential plumbing repair operations . This role is critical to our customer experience. You will be responsible for restoring homes after plumbing work by patching, mudding, and texturing drywall to a clean, professional finish . This is a fast-paced, production-style environment best suited for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in quality finishes, and understands residential work inside occupied homes. What You'll Do Patch, tape, mud, and texture drywall following residential plumbing repairs Restore walls and ceilings to Level 4-5 finish quality Complete 20-25 patches per day consistently while maintaining quality Start and finish patches where cut-outs are already made ~80% of the time Perform hot sponge, hot set, or quick mud work Texture and blend repairs to match existing finishes Move efficiently between jobs and manage time well Work closely with plumbing teams and other drywall installers Maintain professionalism while working inside customers' homes Positions Available Foreman - Drywall Lead Valid driver's license with a good driving record required Company vehicle provided after a 2-week probation period Leads job execution and coordinates materials Drywall Installer / Finisher Drives own vehicle Meets foreman at job sites Materials supplied by foreman Qualifications Proven experience in residential drywall repair and finishing Ability to consistently complete 20-25 patches per day Experience achieving Level 4-5 finishes Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality Larger equipment (e.g., compressors) provided by the company Schedule Full-time Consistent, year-round work Compensation & Benefits $20-$34/hour , based on experience (W-2, full-time) A portion of medical insurance premiums paid by employer Paid time off Company vehicle + gas (Foreman role)
