We pride ourselves on professionalism, safety, and delivering spotless results to our clients. Job Description We are seeking experienced high-rise window cleaning subcontractors to partner with us on commercial projects. This role involves performing exterior window cleaning on mid-rise and high-rise buildings using rope access, suspended scaffolding, or other approved high-access methods. Subcontractors will be responsible for completing jobs efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards while maintaining a professional presence on-site. Responsibilities Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope descent systems (RDS), bosun chairs, or scaffolding Follow all OSHA and local safety regulations at all times Conduct pre-job safety checks and equipment inspections Remove dirt, debris, and buildup from windows, frames, and glass surfaces Communicate with site supervisors and property managers as needed Ensure job sites are clean and secure upon completion Represent Squeegee Squad professionally when interacting with clients What We're Looking For Proven experience in high-rise window cleaning Strong knowledge of rope access systems and safety procedures Valid certifications (OSHA 10/30, SPRAT, IRATA, or equivalent required) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites Must have your own high-rise cleaning equipment and safety gear General liability insurance (required) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Compensation Pay-per-job compensation structure Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial contracts and large buildings Familiarity with pressure washing or additional exterior services is a plus
