In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect buildings from water damage while enhancing their aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Measure and mark gutter lengths accurately according to project specifications using blueprint reading skills and schematics. Install seamless gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment. Prepare work sites by cleaning and setting up scaffolding or ladders, maintaining safety standards at all times. Seal joints with caulking and ensure proper slope for effective water runoff; perform quality inspections throughout the installation process. Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot on-site challenges efficiently. Assist with related exterior construction tasks such as fascia board replacement, trim carpentry, or minor roofing adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean work environment, properly store tools and materials, and adhere to all safety protocols during every phase of installation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work, roofing, or exterior carpentry is highly preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to gutter installation projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of construction management principles, estimating processes, and inspection standards is a plus. Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding; comfort with physical labor and outdoor conditions. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical instructions accurately. Additional experience in related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or restoration will be considered advantageous.
