Job Description
Banning and Son Inc. is seeking a dependable skilled construction worker with hands-on plumbing and remodeling experience for residential and commercial projects. This position is not HVAC or sheet metal work. We are looking for someone comfortable working across multiple trades, especially plumbing. Responsibilities Perform demolition and general construction work Assist with rough and finish plumbing Assist with basic electrical installation and troubleshooting Tile, drywall repair, painting, and finish work as needed Jobsite prep, cleanup, and material handling Safely operate hand and power tools Work independently or with a foreman as required Maintain organized, safe job sites Required Experience Demonstrated experience in plumbing and electrical work Experience in residential or light commercial construction Ability to work across multiple trades as needed Strong attendance and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (but not required) Ability to read construction plans Experience with remodels and service work Experience in tile or finish carpentry Not a Fit For This Role This position is not focused on HVAC, ducting, or sheet metal-only experience.
