We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties to their original condition after damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration work on properties following damage from water, fire, mold, or other disasters
• Utilize skills in drywall repair, door hanging, kitchen cabinets, and deck work.
• Assess the extent of damage and develop restoration plans accordingly
• Clean and prepare sites for restoration work
• Repair or replace damaged structures and components
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards

Skills:

• Proficiency in plumbing techniques
• flooring snap lock and wood
• Skilled in caulking
• Knowledge of assembling and disassembling structures
• Expertise in drywall repair and installation
