Position Overview LPM Services is seeking experienced painters to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial maintenance and renovation projects, working with national clients across the Northeast. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and are comfortable in a fast-paced field environment. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial properties Prep surfaces including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Ensure clean, professional finishes that meet client standards Protect surrounding areas and maintain job site cleanliness Communicate with project managers and team members on job progress Complete work orders and documentation accurately Qualifications 3+ years of professional painting experience (commercial preferred) Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface prep Experience with drywall repair and minor carpentry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work nights or early mornings when required (store environments) OSHA certification is a plus, but not required Benefits Company-provided vehicle and fuel card Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays On-call premiums and overtime pay Advancement opportunities to Lead Tech / Supervisor roles Tools, uniforms, and technology provided Why Join LPM Services?
