This is a role for someone ready to grow their trade skills in a professional, team-first environment where your work genuinely makes a difference. What You'll Do Assist experienced technicians on home repair and remodeling projects across multiple trades Support work in carpentry, drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation, tile work, and bathroom and kitchen upgrades Prep work areas, organize materials, and handle clean-up to keep projects running smoothly Assist with senior safety and home accessibility modifications Learn to communicate professionally with customers on-site and represent TruBlue's standards of safety, accuracy, and quality on every project Who You Are Dependable, respectful, and genuinely eager to grow in the trades Some hands-on experience in home repair, construction, or a related trade (1-2 years preferred) Familiar with basic hand and power tools; working toward or already building your own tool set Comfortable taking direction, working as part of a team, and adapting across different project types Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Legally eligible to work in the U.S. What You'll Get W2 employment with consistent hours and steady work On-the-job training from experienced Home Improvement Technicians TruBlue gear provided A clear path to grow into a full Technician role Flexible scheduling and a team-first culture where your effort is recognized Meaningful work serving your local community pIimzIb1pt
