Job Overview We are seeking an expert Drywall Repair and Finisher to join our unique company. Do crooked lines and incompletely filled tape lines make you crazy? In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, finishing, and ensuring the smooth surfaces of drywall in residential homes, offering an opportunity to work on diverse projects. Duties Assess damaged drywall areas and determine the appropriate repair techniques to restore surface integrity Install, patch, sand, and finish drywall surfaces with precision to achieve a seamless appearance Apply joint compound, tape, and texture finishes to match existing surfaces or project specification Maintain safety standards on construction sites by adhering to OSHA guidelines and proper equipment handling Requirements Proven experience in drywall repair, finishing, or related construction roles with a focus on quality craftsmanship, 7+ years preferred Skilled in painting, plastering, caulking and paint matching Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces safely We value skilled professionals eager to grow their craft and exceed customer expectations.
