TOP LEVEL FINISHER/DETAILER FOR LUXURY HOMES

Overview We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Luxury Home Finisher / Punch-Out Detailer to join our team. This role is focused on reviewing every corner, room, and area of our luxury new construction homes to make sure each property is delivered in perfect condition. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, takes pride in quality work, and understands that every inch of the home matters — from floor to ceiling. Duties Inspect every room, wall, ceiling, floor, door, cabinet, fixture, and finish throughout the home. Identify, report, and correct imperfections before final walkthroughs. Perform punch-out and finishing work, including touch-ups, caulking, cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs. Check all details from floor to ceiling to ensure the home meets luxury standards. Make sure all areas are clean, polished, aligned, and ready for client delivery. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to complete final corrections. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment. Requirements Experience in luxury residential construction, finishing, punch-out, detailing, or similar work. Strong attention to detail and ability to notice imperfections others may miss. Ability to perform minor repairs, touch-ups, adjustments, and detailed cleaning. Professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality results. Ability to walk the entire home carefully and ensure every aspect is complete and perfect. Valid driver's license preferred. Goal of the Role To make sure every home is delivered in flawless, move-in-ready condition, with every detail checked, fixed, and finished to the highest standard.

Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
