Travel within the state of Florida is required with accommodations, mileage, and per diem included. We are focused on servicing hospitals with intricate construction detail. Role Overview As a Tradesman, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with teammates to deliver exceptional results. Desired Skills Commercial construction experience Painting, Inpro wall protection, and Drywall (repair, hanging, finishing) Carpentry skills including metal framing Flooring (Welded sheet vinyl, VCT, LVT) and Ceilings (ACT grid) Lifting more than 50 pounds OSHA 10 or 30 certification (if you do not have it, we pay for it!) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to pass a Background Check and Pass a Drug Screen Who We Are Looking For Someone who thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to perform various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and ICRA setup. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Conduct construction site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines and deliverables. Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain a valid driver's license for site travel.
