Resort Painter / Drywall Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Painter / Drywall Technician to join our resort maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of the common areas of the resort and unit balconies through quality painting and drywall repair. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through sanding, patching, plastering, caulking, and priming to ensure smooth finishes for painting and drywall projects Apply paint using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, or power tools with precision and efficiency across residential and commercial spaces Utilize hand tools, power tools, and masonry tools safely to complete various construction painting and drywall tasks Perform interior and exterior painting projects Repair holes, cracks, water damage, and wall imperfections Maintain clean and safe work areas Skills Previous painting and drywall experience is required. Minimum 3 years experience to qualify for this position. Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and drywall finishing Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders Resort, hotel, or property maintenance experience a plus Apply today to become part of a professional resort maintenance team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experience.
