Full-time Overview:
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Tradesman to join our team for an ongoing hotel remodel projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a wide range of renovation and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform general renovation tasks, including painting, tiling, flooring, and drywall repair. Remove existing carpet and install carpet tiles efficiently and neatly. Assist with minor plumbing and electrical work. Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment throughout the property Safely operate tools and equipment related to renovation and maintenance work. Work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines. Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction Ability to work independently and in a team group as needed and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
Qualifications:
Skilled in painting, tiling, flooring installation, drywall repair, and general finishing work. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred. Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
