Itinerant Onsite Construction Supervisor, Drywall & Framing:
Travel to worksites and supervise first line drywall and metal framing installers for residential and commercial buildings and related subcontractors; Read, interpret, and follow building plans, and verify appropriate materials based on plans; Coordinate jobsite logistics and worker requirements for specific jobs; Communicate with vendors, clients, subcontractors, equipment and delivery companies verbally and in writing; Supervise drywall installation for quality; Gather and move excess materials to storage location. Maintain building schedules and submit daily reports to management of building progress, budget alignment, and labor, and housing costs; Report laborers hours. Must have high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Must have 24 months of experience in an occupation involving supervision of construction trade employees. Subject to random drug screening. Must be willing to work at unanticipated roving worksites throughout Florida. To apply mail resume to headquarters:
