In this hands-on lead role, you will be expected to work directly in the field while helping guide daily jobsite progress on a variety of residential renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim, windows, doors, siding, framing, painting, and general repair work. This position is ideal for someone who can perform quality trade work, take ownership of assigned tasks, help keep the crew moving, and make sure the finished product meets JMHK Homes' standards. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Complete demolition, framing, drywall repairs, painting, flooring, trim installation, tile work, and finishing work Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling tasks from rough-in preparation through final punch-out Install windows, doors, cabinets, baseboards, crown molding, flooring, siding, and other finish materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, drilling, sanding, assembly, and installation Read basic plans, drawings, layouts, and project scopes to complete work accurately Support project leads by following jobsite instructions, safety procedures, and daily task lists Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job-site. Material handling, job-site prep, protection of customer property, and cleanup Perform punch-out, repair, and detail work to ensure a high-quality finished product Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, subcontractors, and customers when needed Ensure each project is completed with quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in mind Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate must have: Prior residential remodeling or construction experience A strong understanding of general remodeling processes Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Experience with trades such as carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall, siding, windows, doors, or trim work Ability to follow instructions, complete assigned tasks, and work independently Ability to work effectively within a team environment Reliable transportation Professional attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment Own tools are a plus Preferred Skills Experience in the following areas is required for every applicant: Kitchen remodels Bathroom remodels Finish carpentry Trim installation Flooring installation min. tile installation Painting Exterior siding Framing and general carpentry Drywall repair and finishing Cabinet installation Punch-out and repair work Blueprint or plan reading Light equipment operation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid position with steady remodeling work Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Variety of projects across multiple trades Positive team environment Work focused on quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction About JMHK Homes

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
