Job Description
Starin Construction & Renovation is hiring a full-time Skilled Remodel Technician to join our residential remodeling team. This position is focused heavily on interior finish work including drywall finishing, painting, trim carpentry, flooring installation, punch work, and final detail-oriented finishes on residential renovation projects. This role will also help lead and guide apprentices on-site and assist in maintaining jobsite organization, professionalism, and production quality. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product. Attention to detail is extremely important. Our company has high standards, and finished work is expected to be clean, professional, and completed correctly the first time. Schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.
