Responsibilities Apply joint compound, tape, and finishing techniques to drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. Sand and smooth drywall surfaces, preparing them for painting or other surface treatments. Install drywall accessories such as corner beads, trims, and moldings to enhance structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with owner to meet expected professional drywall completion. Perform touch-ups and repairs on drywall surfaces damaged during renovation processes. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal on-site to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in drywall finishing or related construction roles with site experience preferred. Familiarity with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and metal stud framing techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment used in finishing tasks. Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, or restoration industry work is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
