DUTIES Perform general cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, cleaning walls and glass, removing rubbish in a residential or commercial setting. Perform structure cleaning duties in a residential or commercial location that has experienced damage from a fire, water damage or storm damage. Packing, cleaning, deodorizing of content items that have sustained damage in a fire, water damage or storm. Moving of content items that have sustained damage in a fire, water damage or storm into onsite storage units. Moving of content items from the job site to a branch location for cleaning or disposal. Inventory and track content items that have been removed from a customer's location for cleaning or disposal. Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines. Supervise temporary workers performing cleaning duties. Qualifications Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Must be detail oriented. Cleaning and Packout experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Must be capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance. Standing/walking for up to 7-8 hours a day. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must be able to pass background screening. Must have a current driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
