Utilize trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing to complete high-quality installations. Follow established installation standards, ensuring all work meets company and customer expectations. Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members. Maintain clean, organized job sites and respect the customer's home. Accurately document project details, including photos and required paperwork. Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to stay job-ready. Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism and pride on every project.
