Window Washer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Washer to join our dynamic cleaning team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. Duties Clean interior and exterior windows on buildings of varying heights using appropriate tools and techniques Operate scissor lifts, ladders, and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free finishes Perform routine inspections of window surfaces for damage or buildup that requires special attention Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper harnessing and equipment handling when working at heights Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale commercial cleaning projects efficiently and effectively Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights using scissor lifts or ladders Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and climb for extended periods during the workday Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus Valid certification for operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us as a Window Washer and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness!
