Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Clean Up Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that drywall installation sites are kept clean, safe, and ready for the next phase of construction. Your proactive approach will help maintain a tidy work environment, support efficient project progress, and uphold safety standards on-site. Duties Remove debris, dust, and excess materials from drywall installation areas to maintain a clean workspace Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations Assist with the preparation of drywall surfaces by cleaning and smoothing after installation or repair work Support other trades by providing cleanup assistance during various phases of construction projects Ensure all tools and equipment used for drywall work are properly stored and maintained after use Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment Collaborate with project managers and team members to prioritize cleanup tasks and meet project deadlines Requirements Prior experience on construction sites, particularly with drywall or related trades such as plastering or carpentry, is preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with construction tools and cleaning equipment used in drywall finishing projects Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy work environment Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Join our team as a Drywall Clean Up Technician and play a vital role in delivering top-quality construction projects!
