PuroClean of Evanston is hiring hardworking, dependable Property Restoration Technicians for emergency cleanup and restoration work throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a physical, hands-on position for someone who is not afraid to work hard, get dirty, sweat, and handle difficult cleanup situations professionally.

Water damage cleanup Sewer backup cleanup Mold remediation Fire and smoke cleanup Biohazard and unattended death cleanup Hoarding cleanup Demolition and rebuild support Drywall repair and finishing work Responsibilities Water extraction and flood cleanup Demolition of damaged drywall, flooring, and materials Drywall installation, patching, mudding, sanding, and finishing Cleaning and disinfecting affected properties Setting drying equipment and containment barriers Mold and sewage remediation work Detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties Maintaining organized and professional job sites Following safety procedures and wearing PPE Qualifications Experience with drywall repair/finishing preferred Construction, restoration, cleaning, or remediation experience preferred Must speak English Must enjoy cleaning and maintaining detail-oriented work Must be comfortable around sewage, mold, odors, and biohazard conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude required Must be reliable and punctual Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Valid driver's license preferred Must pass criminal background check No felony convictions Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is not afraid to work hard Takes pride in clean, detailed work Can handle physically demanding environments Works well independently and with a team Has a strong stomach and professional attitude Wants long-term growth opportunities Competitive pay based on experience.
