Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation & Drywall Finishing Sand, patch, caulk, and prime all surfaces properly Tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready level Identify and correct defects before paint is applied Protect all surrounding surfaces and maintain cleanliness Painting Execution Apply coatings using brush, roll, or spray with consistent coverage Produce clean lines and a professional finish Maintain efficiency without sacrificing quality Quality Control Inspect your own work continuously Complete all touch-ups and punch list items Leave each job clean and ready for final walkthrough Accountability & Work Ethic Show up on time and ready to work Take ownership of your work—no excuses or shortcuts Communicate clearly about issues or delays Safety & Job Site Standards Follow all safety guidelines and use equipment properly Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workspace Teamwork & Professionalism Work respectfully with team members and leadership Accept feedback and apply it Represent the company well on every job site Core Values in
