About the Position Every cleanout is different, which means every day brings something new. As a Cleanout Technician, you'll work alongside the owner and other team members removing unwanted items, loading dumpsters, and helping leave each property cleaner than we found it. This is an active, physical job for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in hard work. Responsibilities Remove furniture, appliances, mattresses, and household items Load dumpsters safely and efficiently Bag loose debris and organize materials for disposal Sweep and clean work areas before leaving each property Work safely while lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects Treat customers and their property with professionalism and respect Help maintain a clean, organized work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Honest and trustworthy Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Positive, respectful, and hardworking Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn and take direction Experience in moving, construction, demolition, landscaping, junk removal, or general labor is helpful, but not required. A great attitude and strong work ethic are more important than previous experience. How You'll Be Paid Employees are paid per completed job , not by the hour. Compensation is based on the overall labor required for each cleanout, taking into account factors such as job size, workload, and difficulty.
