$26 - $36/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

A growing commercial construction contractor is seeking a Lead Commercial Glazier to oversee and execute field installation projects. This role is ideal for a highly experienced installer with strong curtain wall expertise who can lead crews, manage job sites, and deliver turnkey installations from start to finish. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of commercial glazing / installation experience Proven experience with curtain wall systems (unitized preferred) Experience leading crews or running job sites Knowledge of storefront, window systems, and commercial entry hardware OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred/required) Experience with lifts (boom/scissor) and fall protection Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and install specifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience managing multiple crews (5-10+ workers) Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects Familiarity with aluminum framing systems and system layouts Strong troubleshooting and field decision-making skills Ability to coordinate with project managers and shop teams Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead field installation of curtain wall, storefront, and glazing systems Run assigned job sites and coordinate daily crew activities Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence Interpret blueprints and installation drawings Train and mentor junior glaziers Coordinate with fabrication/shop teams for materials Troubleshoot installation issues in the field Physical & Environment Requirements Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Frequent lifting (50-75 lbs with assistance) Standing, climbing, lifting, and operating lifts Use of PPE and adherence to safety standards Company Benefits & Culture Stable pipeline of commercial projects Leadership opportunity — ability to run your own jobs Growth into senior leadership / superintendent-type roles Strong team-oriented environment
