Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Home Improvement Apprentice and kickstart your career in the thriving construction and renovation industry! Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll gain practical knowledge in carpentry, installation, repair, and project management, all while contributing to transforming homes into beautiful, functional spaces. Assist with a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and painting to support ongoing renovation projects Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements Support with fixture installation such as cabinets, doors, windows, and trim carpentry components Help with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and stucco application to ensure quality craftsmanship Participate in construction site inspections and quality control checks to uphold safety standards and project specifications Learn to operate heavy equipment and assist with demolition or restoration tasks as needed Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn about construction and home improvement techniques Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools; prior experience is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely on active construction sites Good physical condition with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn technical skills such as blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating Prior exposure or experience in areas like plumbing, electrical work, roofing, or masonry is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on an exciting journey into the world of home improvement!
