Job Title:
Professional Painter / Finisher (Residential & Commercial) ​
Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour +
Performance Bonuses Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Day Shift (If we are close, we get it done)
Work Location:
Multiple job sites across Queen Anne's, Kent, and Talbot Counties. ​

We offer a clean, organized work environment with steady work. ​ What We're Looking For ​We need an experienced Professional Painter who can step onto a job site, look at the scope, and execute autonomously. We are not looking to micro-manage you, nor are we looking to baby sit. We also dont want to bicker over the process or technique. We need a true finisher. ​ Key Responsibilities ​
Real Prep Work:
Expert masking, caulking, scraping, sanding, and clean drywall/plaster repairs. ​
Clean Application:
Cut and roll efficiently with razor-sharp lines on trim, ceilings, and walls. ​
Site Ownership:
Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace from setup to daily breakdown. ​ Requirements & Qualifications ​
Experience:
3-5 years of professional residential or commercial painting experience. ​
Skills:
Proficient with brush, roller, and airless setups. High-end residential finish experience gets you to the top of the pile. ​
Reliable Setup:
Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable vehicle to get to daily job sites. You should also have your own basic hand tools (brushes, knives, etc.). ​
The Basics:
Punctual, honest, and drug-free. If you struggle to show up on time, please don't waste your time or ours. ​ Benefits & Perks ​
Competitive Base:
$22.00-$26.00/hr to start, based on verifiable experience. ​
