Siding Installer

Responsibilities Measure and prepare surfaces according to project specifications using blueprint reading and schematics. Install various siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, or metal with precision and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure siding components. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites. Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and other finishing techniques to achieve a polished look. Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Conduct site inspections during installation to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, roofing, or siding installation with hands-on site experience. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of construction estimating, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, plumbing, tile laying or related trades is a plus. Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Familiarity with restoration techniques, drywall finishing (trim carpentry), welding or concrete forming is advantageous.
