" to work and live. Peak is currently seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 1,200+ unit community, Ramblewood Apartments. Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs This position does require on-call rotation. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team Must have reliable transportation. Why come work for us? Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
