Experienced Siding Installer(3+ years of experience preferred)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in siding installation and a strong background in various construction disciplines. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Siding Installer will collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications, contributing to the overall success of our construction operations. Responsibilities Install various types of siding materials, including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and metal, ensuring proper fit and finish. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to cut, shape, and install siding components. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for siding installation projects. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and framing as needed for siding application. Apply caulking, trim carpentry, or other finishing techniques to ensure a seamless appearance. Assist with related tasks such as framing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and site regulations. Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, masons, plumbers, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time. Requirements Proven experience in siding installation or related construction fields such as roofing, framing, or remodeling. Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication processes. Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., caulking guns, hammers), power tools (e.g., saws, drills), and heavy machinery used in construction sites. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Strong understanding of various construction disciplines including carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry (masonry), plumbing (plumbing), welding (welding), tile laying (tile laying), restoration (restoration), and concrete forming (concrete forming). Valid experience in working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
