What You'll Do As a Commercial Drywall Finisher at LPDA Inc, you'll play a key role in delivering the high‑quality interiors we're known for: Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams, angles, and fastener heads Perform Level 4 and Level 5 finishes with consistency Install and finish corner bead, bullnose, control joints, and specialty trims Sand, feather, and smooth surfaces to a clean, uniform, paint‑ready finish Repair dents, cracks, holes, and surface imperfections Use hand tools and automatic taping tools (bazooka, flat boxes, angle heads, pumps) Read and follow blueprints, finish schedules, and jobsite instructions Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Work collaboratively with foremen, project managers, and other trades What We're Looking For We're hiring finishers who take pride in their work and bring a professional attitude to the job every day.
Required:
2-5+ years of commercial drywall finishing experience Strong understanding of finishing levels and commercial standards Ability to deliver clean, consistent finishes on large‑scale projects and small detailed projects Proficiency with hand tools and automatic taping tools Ability to work on stilts, scaffolding, and lifts Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Strong work ethic, positive attitude, work independently or as part of a team Help other teammates in other tasks for example: frame, hang, grid, demo, insulate, etc…
Preferred:
